Enjoy the parks 40 plus rides attractions and animals. Venture further afield to neighbouring Padstow Wadebridge and Newquay and enjoy the county s finest restaurants including many celebrity restaurants all within easy reach. During the day visit Cornwall s famous coastline with sheltered coves rugged cliffs traditional fishing village harbours and endless sandy beaches with world-famous Fistral Beach. The Eden Project Lands End St Micheal s mount The Minack Theatre and numerous wonderful National Trust or English Heritage sites. Activities: own a pony experience; great for the young ones look after a miniature pony during your stay meet your pony in the morning at the stables and take him for a walk around the park prior to opening visit him in the day and groom him whenever you want. Fishing: available after 6pm. Outside: relax in the enclosed spacious garden with hot tub or enjoy a BBQ on the large private patio. Park open April- October- see Crealy s website for details. Park access restricted to normal operating hours; parts of the park open exclusively for on-site guests during winter season; children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: 1 king-size master double with TV large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC 1 double with en-suite shower and 1 further double 1 single and 1 triple with three single beds. Downstairs 1 twin . Bathroom: 2 family bathrooms one on the first floor with bath and separate shower and WC and one on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV DVD and a selection of DVD s games and books leading through to the large airy sunroom with seating dining furniture and a snooker room at one end. Kitchen: large and equipped with Aga 2 electric ovens 2 fridge/freezers wine chiller dishwasher microwave and TV. Dining room: adjoining the kitchen with large wooden dining table that comfortably sits 12 granite feature fireplace and iPod docking station. Utility/rear porch: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden patio and BBQ. Heated hot tub. Amenities: ample off-road parking bed linen towels electric oil for Aga Wi-Fi and full admission to Cornwall s Crealy Adventure Park included. 1 dog by arrangement outside kennel provided however dogs are not permitted on the park. North Cornwall
Wilder and more rugged than the south of the county, North Cornwall is a land of
tall headlands, sandy beaches and empty moorland – yours to explore from one of
our holiday cottages in North Cornwall. The busy resort of Newquay is a major attraction,
with its glorious beaches and fantastic conditions for surfers. Nearby Perranporth
also boasts some fantastic beaches, perfect for sun-lovers. You’ll find many more
lovely beaches, like those at Bude for example, waiting for you on one of our North
Cornwall cottage holidays. This part of Cornwall has become a bit of a mecca for
food lovers too. Rick Stein has put Padstow on the map and more chefs, including
Jamie Oliver, are joining him, attracted by the quality of the ingredients available
locally. Then there is St. Ives, long a haunt of artists drawn here by the wonderful
light and inspiring scenery. A cottage holiday in North Cornwall puts you in touch
with history from ancient celtic times to the days of the smugglers. Tintagel Castle,
rumoured to be the birthplace of King Arthur, sits high on a cliff and still has
a strange air of mystery about it.
South Cornwall
Wonderful scenery, a mild climate, sparkling blue seas and charming seaside villages
make South Cornwall a firm favourite for cottage holidays whatever the season. And
we have a fabulous choice of holiday cottages in South Cornwall from which to make
the most of this lovely part of the country. The Cornish Riviera takes in some of
South Cornwall’s most popular resorts and many of our holiday cottages in South
Cornwall are located nearby. Picturesque Fowey is a haven for sailors, while the
Roseland Peninsula is a noted beauty spot. Mevagissey, St. Mawes and St. Just are
all well worth a visit. Not to be missed is the Eden Project, a fascinating recreation
of different biospheres, featuring a wide variety of exotic plantlife. You should
also make time for a trip to atmospheric St. Michael’s Mount and on to Land’s End,
the most westerly point in England. The county town of Truro has a lovely cathedral
and some excellent shopping opportunities, while Penzance is a bustling resort,
famed for its warm weather and sub-tropical plants. And do make sure you sample
the pasties, saffron cake and clotted cream – all local delicacies, – during your
cottage holiday.
